We are an educational charity striving to raise standards across the teaching and practice of healing. Our primary objective is for our courses to help the individual broaden their understanding and enhance the expression of healing. We are honoured with a well-deserved high reputation for both the quality of the courses' content and the experience of our tutors. Our healing training is recognised nationally to be amongst the most in-depth currently available in the UK. Please explore the different course options we offer and find what suits you.
Foundation Course
This course is designed to take beginners through the first stages of self-development, allowing you to become familiar with basic practices which will give you support throughout your life. You will learn about self-care, the Aura, the Chakras, Meditation and self-reflection.
As the course develops, and you begin to put into practice your new skills, you will discover many things about yourself while growing in confidence through understanding how to manage your energy to stay balanced. At the end of the course you will be ready to practise your healing skills on family and friends.
Practitioner Course
The Practitioner Course meets the UK National Occupational Standards for Healing and is accredited by UK Healers. The College of Healing is a member of The Confederation of Healing Organisations (CHO) and UK Healers.
Our Practitioner course has been continually developed and reviewed since its creation in 1983 and offers you the legacy of our 40 years' experience. It is held in high esteem within the Healing world as a whole. Successful completion of the course allows graduates to register with The Complementary National Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies (GRCCT).
Advanced Healing Courses
These advanced healing modules have been designed especially to enhance the development of the Healer. They allow energy workers to explore their particular areas of interest and include Advanced Healing Techiniques, Negative Energies, Elemental Energies and Archetypal energies.
After completing the Practitioner Course in Spiritual and Energy Healing, students are encouraged to deepen their knowledge and understanding by exploring important topics which are very relevant in any successful healing practice. Anyone who has completed the four Advanced Healing Modules will also be awarded a Diploma level accreditation. Each module runs over 6 days, usually either three weekends or two 3-day blocks. The Advanced Healing Modules can be taken in any order.
Continuing Professional Development Courses
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the means through which we take responsibility for our own continued learning and development as human beings. This helps to improve our lives, personally and professionally. CPD helps you develop resources for yourself and learn new skills. It helps you develop self-awareness and maintain clear boundaries.
Choosing CPD in healing helps you to develop your core Healing skills which support you in all personal and professional relationships . It allows you cultivate a wider understanding of the energetic impact of different healing modalities. It gives you the opportunity to explore new perspectives on familiar subjects that can be useful to complement how you navigate challenge.

Your Pathway in Healing Training
The College of Healing offers a structured pathway designed to support students from their first introduction to healing through to advanced professional practice. Each stage builds on the previous one, allowing practitioners to develop knowledge, self-awareness and professional skills in a grounded and responsible way.
Step 1
Foundation Course
An introductory course designed for beginners who want to explore self-care, self-healing and the fundamentals of spiritual and energy healing.
Students develop an understanding of the aura, chakras, meditation and personal balance while learning how to offer healing to family and friends.
Outcome:
Certificate of completion and eligibility to progress to Practitioner training.
Step 2
Practitioner Course in Spiritual & Energy Healing
A two-year professional training programme designed for students who wish to practise healing with clients.
The course develops practical healing ability, ethical awareness and professional responsibility, preparing students to establish a healing practice.
Outcome:
Practitioner qualification and eligibility for professional registration.
Step 3
Advanced Healing Modules
Advanced modules allow qualified practitioners to deepen their skills and develop specialist knowledge in areas of healing practice.
Each module focuses on a specific topic and supports continuing professional development.
Examples include:

Outcome:
Continuing professional development and deeper practitioner capability.
Step 4
CPD Course
The College of Healing also offers Continuing Professional Development courses for practitioners and professionals who wish to deepen their understanding of healing and energetic awareness within their work.
These courses provide opportunities for reflection, discussion and shared learning, helping participants expand their understanding of communication, healing practice and personal development.
CPD sessions, such as the Healing Masterclass, allow participants to explore questions arising from their own experience while benefiting from the insight of experienced teachers and fellow practitioners.
Outcome:
Expanded understanding of healing practice, professional reflection and recognised Continuing Professional Development.
