Refund Policy

Our courses require a minimum number of participants to run. Late cancellations may result in a course being cancelled for all participants.

100% refund if cancellation is received at least 14 days before the course start date.
50% refund if cancellation is received 7–13 days before the course start date.
No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.

Where applicable, a portion of the fee is retained to cover administration and organisational

costs already incurred.

Due to the shorter format and preparation timelines:

100% refund if cancellation is received at least 7 days before the workshop date.
50% refund if cancellation is received 3–6 days before the workshop date.
No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop date.

Again, retained amounts reflect administration and preparation costs.

All cancellations must be made by email or writing.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
The charity reserves the right to cancel courses or workshops; in such cases, a full refund will be provided.
