Dedication to service is a value that is based on an understanding that we are connected to all that is. We are energy beings in human form on earth. We are sensitive to the energy all around us. We have an impact on the energy all around us. We cannot exist outside of the energetic matrix that we are a part of.

Understanding what we mean by dedication to service can be explained through the concepts of WIN/WIN and WIN/LOSE.

When we refer to the concept WIN/WIN, we are talking about a set of circumstances where two parties work towards a mutually beneficial outcome that often brings new and expansive opportunities for both parties. In healing terms, we call this ‘the solution for the highest good of all’.

When we refer to the concept WIN/LOSE, we are talking about a set of circumstances where two parties work towards a situation that brings beneficial outcomes for one party but disadvantages the other party. New and expansive opportunities are only available for the party that experiences a WIN. This comes from a set of circumstances where one party has sought to gain advantage from the disadvantage of the other party. We refer to this as ‘operating with my will over thine’.

Because we are all connected energetically, if one person loses, we all lose. If one person wins, we all win. The question is, are we operating according to a WIN/WIN or WIN/LOSE agenda. We win by raising each other up. We lose by pushing each other down.
Some people think of the concept of service as lowly. Some think that to serve others is a weakness. Some people understand that when we serve each other, we create generative opportunities that allow true abundance and evolution.

Instead of viewing this subject in political, economic or philosophical terms, we approach this concept from an energetic perspective. Energetically, we can measure what qualities of energy are generated by specific behaviours. The College of Healing Training helps us to develop an awareness of the quality of energy generated by any action in any situation. In energy work we have to be aware of what we can do to raise our own vibrational frequency of energy. We have to be able to assess what energy is present and understand how to respond to that energy in a way that will bring balance, harmony and the solution for the highest good of all.

We serve each other best when we hold our own centre, take responsibility for our own energetic stability and operate in a centred balanced grounded resourced way. It helps us to understand that we are always in service to ourselves and each other. It helps us understand the concept of WIN/WIN in the way that the heart understands how to beat.

We serve each other best when we do not judge.
We serve each other best when we speak our truth.
We serve each other best when we align ourselves with our higher purpose.
We serve each other best when we express our creativity.
We serve each other best when we operate with integrity.
We serve each other best when we show up as our authentic selves.
