Our subconscious is highly complex\, peopled by sub-personalities or ‘ego-states’ that exist in their own psychic reality and are often the unconscious driving forces that determines the patterns of our life. Additionally these inner world personalities can also make us susceptible to negative energies. Generally created out of trauma\, they compulsively mould the way that we act and behave until they are healed. \nOverseeing our inner world is the ‘Higher-Self’ that has the power to help us connect to the traumatised parts of the psyche to release the distress that they hold.
